I'm just like you! Working hard at doing something positive every day in my life! I usually make lists of daily tasks/goals in order to formulate a 'road map' for the day. The same tactics work when it comes to fitness and weight loss. See yourself as you'd like to look and feel.. out into the future but not too far out! Keep track of your progress daily. Make this a habit and in a very short time you'll see positive results! Simply build on your successes and ask yourself each day, "what's good today?"
