In this video, Dr. Berg talks about the four things to avoid if you have an enlarged prostate. The prostate is a sponge for the hormones.

1. Dairy – includes cheese, milk, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Dairy has growth hormones.
Reason: They will have difficult time going to the bathroom because the prostate swells up even more.
2. Vegetable Oil – in the salad dressing, there’s this vegetable oil that has omega 6 that are inflammatory. Soy, corn, canola, all these were GMO.
3. Sugar – and the things that turns into sugar like grains, bread, pasta
4. Soy – It can actually give you estrogenic factors
