In this video, Dr. Berg talks about Breast Cancer. Certain types of cancer to the breast is stimulated by excessive amounts of estrogen and high levels of insulin. Cancer has a lot more receptors for insulin than a regular cell and cancer lives on sugar and when we have a lot of sugar, it increases insulin. He also talks about Mammograms.

Two Common Triggers of Breast Cancer:
• Excessive Amounts of Estrogen
Recommendation: High Quality Source Sea Kelp and Cruciferous Vegetables
Avoid Soy/GMO Products and Go Organic

• High Levels of Insulin – It can make the cells grow, divide and multiply
Recommendation: Do Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting
Sugar and Refined Carbohydrates triggers insulin

Mammograms
• Mammograms can be traumatic because you are putting the breast in the plate and you are creating compression.
• Inflammatory Oncotaxis – a term that describes a condition where cancer travels in the areas of inflammation in trauma.
• They use Ionizing Radiation, these little wave particles that go through and disrupt the electrons and certain molecules in your cells which actually has been known to cause cancer.

*Do Medical Diagnostic Thermography because it is non-invasive and you could pick up a lot of information from that test.

I recently have a question about breast cancer, what is my opinion. There is a couple factors that I am gonna talk about. Number 1, certain types of cancer to the breast are stimulated by the excessive amounts of estrogen. Now two of the best natural remedies I would recommend to help balance estrogen would be sea kelp make sure it is from a high quality source and of course cruciferous vegetables. Both of these are natural, they have no side effects and they have potential to decrease risk of breast cancer. Of course you want to avoid soy products, GMO and go organic as much as possible. And the next factor is insulin, too much insulin can increase the risk of breast cancer as well. So of course that’s why we do keto, that’s why we do intermittent fasting and both of those reduce insulin. And the majority of the population is insulin dominant. Excessive insulin could make the cells grow, divide and multiply. And of course what triggers insulin is sugar and refined carbohydrates. Cancer has a lot more receptors for insulin than regular cells. Cancer lives on sugar and we have more sugar, we have more insulin so it will double it sword. Let’s talk about mammograms.
