In this video, Dr. Berg talks about 6 things that can potentially lower your child’s IQ.
1. Lack of Iodine(trace minerals) – Can drop the IQ by 12.4 points. It is important for the pregnant women to consume this enough trace minerals to make sure that the growing fetus has everything it needs to develop into a healthy body.
2. Not Breast-Fed – When a child is fed infant formula filled with all these chemicals and sugars, this can also affect the cognitive function and the growing brain.
3. Childhood Diabetes Type I – Insulin Resistance, Hypoglycemia.
4. Low B12 – B12 is essential to the development of the central nervous system and the nervous system in general.
5. High Sugar Diets – High sugar could create insulin resistance which could affect hypoglycemia and even cause the brain to be a little bit smaller than it should be.
6. Exposure to Chemicals (Phthates) – These are certain types of plastics: Food Plastic Containers, Cosmetics, Soaps, Shampoo, Skin Moisturizers
How to Maximize the Intelligence and Cognitive Function of the Children:
• Take the trace minerals
• Take B Vitamins
• Go into Healthy Ketogenic Plan
• Low Sugars
• A lot of High Dense Foods
I wanted to create a little video on 6 things that can potentially lower your child’s IQ. Now, a lot of this information is associated on what the female is exposed to or consuming right before or during the pregnancy. Like the lack of Iodine can drop the IQ by 12.4 points, iodine is a trace mineral so it is vital that a woman who is pregnant, consume trace minerals to make sure that the growing fetus has everything it needs to develop into a healthy body. Number 2, not being breastfed can also affect the cognitive function. When a child is fed infant formula all these chemicals and sugars, that has huge effects on the growing brain. Even down here we talk about high sugar diets, high sugar creates insulin resistance which can affect hypoglycemia, and even cause the brain to be a little bit smaller than it should be. So breastfeeding is very very important minimally 6 months but up to 2 years or longer would be good. Number 3, childhood diabetes type I that has a huge effects of the development of the growing brain and it has effects to the cognitive function as well. We already talked about insulin resistance, hypoglycemia but diabetes in general can definitely affect the IQ. Now I am gonna put links down below of what I think is causing diabetes type I which is autoimmune, you can check them out later. But this can actually affect the IQ. Number 4, lower B12. B12 is essential to the development of the central nervous system and the nervous system in general. If there is not enought B12, it can affect the cognitive function. So number 6, exposure to certain chemicals specifically, Phthates and that can really affect the cognitive function specially IQ. This can be in the certain plastic containers.
