In this video, Dr. Berg answers the question on what remedy is good for PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. PCOS is a situation where androgens, a male hormone in the female body that is too high. High levels of insulin is the main cause of this disorder. Inositol, a sugar metabolism, has a 9 different vitamin-like compounds.
