I just love being in ketosis and think it’s an ideal metabolic state for longevity.
But when trees bear fruit to these beautiful apples, should we ignore them because, “…they’re not keto?”
Instead of letting the apples rot, I decided to eat them “around exercise.”
It’s working and (ear muffs keto zealots) my squats and deadlifts are rivaling my college days in terms of strength.
Maybe I”m off the deepened here, but would love to know your thoughts on allowing your body to eat what’s in season and locally grown to you.
