GREEN JUICE –
4 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1/2 bunch parsley, 2-3 cups spinach or kale, 1 lemon, 1/2 apple, 1 thumb ginger – juice in a juicer or blend and use a nut milk bag to strain.
CHIA PUDDING – 3 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup almond/coconut milk, 1 cup mango or other fruit, 1 tbsp maple syrup. Combine all the ingredients and let sit in fridge overnight.

RAW WALNUT TACO MEAT – (makes 3 servings)
1/2 cup walnuts, 2 carrots, 3 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked) 1/2 onion, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, dash of salt. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until small chunks.
