1 block firm tofu with the water pressed out
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
In a non stick pan over medium heat crumble your tofu into the pan. Add about 2 tbsp of water so that it doesnt stick and then sprinkle on your seasonings. Mix together and cook until all the water has evaporated. I sauteed spinach, bell pepper and mushrooms on the side while this was cooking to add in some more nutritious vegetables. This is my go to tofu scramble recipe, its simple and tastes amazing.
