This 10 min calorie burn workout will help you burn calories with bodyweight exercises using no equipment at all. This hiit workout is an at home workout and is the simplest and best fat burner workout. When you do high intensity interval training, you get the best type of fat burning workout there is for weight loss.
There are only two exercises in this 10 minute HIIT routine, but if you want to know how to burn calories there’s nothing easier to follow than his at home HIIT routine. But don’t be fooled. This calorie burn workout is anything but easy. For each of the exercises in this at home workout you’re going to do 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. 20 seconds of rest is more than what we usually give in our HIIT cardio workouts but you’re going to need it.
