This is a 5 minute thigh workout that will give you an intense leg burn and help you build muscle and blast fat. This leg sculptor video is a follow along routine. If you’re looking to get an intense thigh workout, this 5 minute legs routine is perfect for you.

There are only 3 thighs exercises in this 5 minute thighs workout. To get a true thigh burn, try not to take any rest between the thigh exercises. You’ll do 1 minute per side for each of the exercises in this leg burner except for exercises which use both legs in which you’ll do 1 minute only. If you are a beginner try to make it all the way through one round of this thighs workout. If you are more advanced you can shoot for 3-4 rounds of the leg exercises in this thigh burner to get a 15-20 minute intense thigh workout.
