This no equipment total body workout is a home workout that will take 15 to 20 minutes that contains no equipment exercises. This bodyweight full body workout provides you with a complete routine for strengthening head to toe. If you need to get a total body workout in today but you don’t have time to get to the gym, this bodyweight hiit routine is perfect. You can do it is an at home workout but you could also do this no equipment workout anywhere, even a hotel room.

There are 5 bodyweight exercises in this total body workout at home. Remember to do this full body workout no equipment is needed at all, except for maybe a mat if you’re going to be doing the routine on a hard surface.

To do this total body workout no equipment is required but you will need your phone so that you can set an interval timer. For this at home no equipment routine you’ll be doing 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for each exercise in the total body workout.

If you are a beginner give each of the exercises in this full body workout a try before attempting the complete bodyweight full body workout. Beginners can try to do this bodyweight workout for 2-3 rounds for a 10-15 minute no equipment full body routine. If you are more advanced try to do 3-4 rounds of this total body workout at home for a complete 15-20 minute bodyweight HIIT routine.
