For each of the exercises in this routine to help with lower back fat, love handles and bra bulge, you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner looking to get rid of bra fat, be sure to focus on nutrition too. If needed you can do just 1-2 rounds of this love handle workout, or do the complete love handles routine and take extra rest. If you are more advanced and looking to lose back fat, do the complete back fat workout as written and try to incorporate the more difficult modifications.
