This strength and cardio workout is a no equipment HIIT workout that you can do at home. This is a full body cardio and strength workout that will help you get strong and lean from head to toe. Try this no equipment HIIT workout literally anywhere to build muscle and lose bodyfat.

There are 5 exercises in this cardio and strength workout. Give each of the moves in this strength and cardio HIIT workout a try before attempting the complete full body strength routine. For each of the moves in this total body cardio and strength workout you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner try to do 1-2 rounds of this full body cardio and strength workout. If you are more advanced you can try to do 3-4 round of this total body strength HIIT workout.
