This total body strength training routine is a complete total body dumbbell workout that literally hits everything. In this full body dumbbell workout, each of the exercises hits multiple muscle groups so that you’re guaranteed to get a full body strength workout. Some of the moves in this full body workout require balance and coordination so it’s best to attempt a couple reps of each movement before you try the complete full body workout with dumbbells.

There are 5 exercises in this total body strength workout. You’ll do each of the exercises in this full body strength training workout for 12-15 reps before moving on to the next. If you are a beginner you can try to do 1-2 rounds of this full body dumbbell workout. If you are more advanced you can go for the full 3 rounds of this total body workout with dumbbells.
