This bodyweight workout is the ideal total body workout because it includes calisthenics or bodyweight only exercises that you can do if you don’t have much equipment available or if you just need a change from using weights. This fat burning bodyweight workout has a number of plyometric bodyweight exercises to help give you a bodyweight blast.

There are 5 best bodyweight exercises in this routine. You’ll do each of the moves in this fat burning bodyweight workout for 12-15 reps before moving on to the next move in this bench workout.
