If you’re looking to learn how to improve your posture, this video will give you some stretches for bad posture along with some exercises to improve your posture. To fix your posture you’re going to want to do exercises for your nerd neck, slouching or slumping back and curved shoulders. Below we give you two exercises for rounded upper back, a forced thoracic extension and a t hold. We also will give you some exercises for rounded or curved shoulders like face pulls with thumbs back. There is also a great wall lean exercise for nerd neck or forward neck position which will also help with shoulder posture and back posture. Finally there’s a great hamstring stretch that great helps with pelvic tilt.
