This intense fat burn is about 24 minutes long and I’m not going to lie… this full body workout is tough. But it’s an awesome fat burn workout that will help you burn calories, lose weight, and get an intense HIIT workout from the comfort of your own home.

If you want to know how to burn fat , it’s important to know that 70-80% of fat burning actually comes from diet. But doing HIIT workouts will support you in getting a great calorie burn workout which also will go a long way.

For this at home workout, you will need a box or a sturdy piece of furniture so that you can do this bodyweight workout. This is the only piece of equipment that you’ll need for this at home HIIT routine.

You’ll be doing 8 exercises for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest in this HIIT cardio at home. If you are a beginner try to do this home workout for 1-2 rounds. If you’re more advanced shoot for 3-4 rounds of this intense cardio routine.
