This knee friendly workout is a low impact cardio routine that involves no jumping at all. This safe for knees routine is actually low impact HIIT which means that you’ll get a great no jumping cardio workout that is still effective for fat burning. This no jumping exercise also serves as a great apartment friendly quiet cardio routine.

This low impact hiit home workout has 6 exercises. You’ll do each of the exercises in this low impact workout for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You can do this knee friendly cardio routine 1-2 times through if you are a beginner. If you are more advanced you could do 3-4 rounds of this no jumping HIIT workout. The only equipment you’ll need for this knee friendly HIIT routine is a mat and a sandbag or dumbbell. Try this home HIIT workout with me for some fat burning no jumping action. You can also do this quiet workout at home while the kids are sleeping.
