This kettlebell legs workout is the perfect legs routine if you are looking to strength and slim thighs. While you can’t burn thigh fat by spot reduction, you can do leg workouts that combine thigh exercises with plyometric or cardio based movements to help you strengthen and slim legs at the same time by lowering overall body fat.
These kettlebell exercises will give you a great legs and inner thigh workout at home. This could also be considered a legs and glutes workout because at the same as these kettlebell exercises hit legs they also hit glutes.
